Welcome, I’m Stef Wild.

I help people step into their fullest expression through movement.

My approach isn’t about extremes or all-or-nothing thinking. It’s about building strength progressively, improving mobility with purpose, and supporting your nervous system so that training adds to your life rather than taking from it.

I’m deeply invested in helping you discover how your body supports your life now, and guiding you through practices that will help it support you in the decades ahead.

I’m also an advocate for creative, varied, and enjoyable movement practices. I believe that training can be powerful and productive, and still have moments of lightness, music, rhythm, and connection.

My own journey began in professional dance, where I developed a deep appreciation for how the body adapts, performs, and expresses. That path naturally evolved into formal training with Certificates III and IV in Fitness, a Certificate IV in Pilates, and over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a Nike Trainer, and as an online trainer and program creator for MyTXO and Daily OM, delivering programs to a global audience. I’ve coached hundreds of clients, taught thousands of classes, and built digital platforms and retreat experiences centred around thoughtful, sustainable training.

As the founder of Workin’ With Stef and co-founder of Bonté Retreats, I continue to refine an approach that blends strength, mobility, recovery, mindset and practical nutrition into one cohesive system.

Whether training with my via my online studio, Workin’ With Stef, working closely with my in my Fitness Mentorship Program, or on a retreat or in-person event with me (Bonté Retreats), it’s my mission to help you feel supported, and truly excited about your fitness and wellbeing journey.
