With well over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, Pilates teacher, yoga instructor, and former professional dancer, I bring a holistic and science-backed approach to movement that goes beyond just 'working out.'
My mission? To empower you to train smarter, move better, and feel stronger, no matter your starting point. Through my online studio, live classes, mentorship programs, and retreats, I teach sustainable fitness methods that build strength, mobility, and confidence in a way that works for you, not against you.
